Our client, a leading supplier of premium cooking and baking products in Cape Town, is seeking a skilled Finance Administrator to join their Head Office team and play a key role in supporting their branch networkThe Role: Finance Administrator
- Process financial transactions between Head Office and branches accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring proper documentation.
- Assist with account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Assist with audits, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
- Prepare clear and timely financial reports for management review
- Matric certificate (minimum).
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (advantageous).
- At least 2 years’ experience in financial administration or accounting.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and accounting software.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
