R 55 000 - R 70 000 CTC (depending on experience)Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional eager to contribute expertise to support the growth and success of your fruit export operations.Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- 3 years' experience in accounting or finance-related role, ideally in an international import/export environment
- Excellent knowledge working on Sage Accounting and MS Excel
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes
- Thorough understanding of data analysis and forecasting
- Assist with annual budget preparation, sales budget analysis and cash flow management
- Prepare monthly management accounts in Sage, including reconciliations, journals and VAT submissions
- Support tax, audit and insurance functions; manage credit applications and declarations
- Maintain accurate shipment, cost and payment records; prepare client and producer reports
- Provide data analysis and financial reports for management and marketing teams
- Oversee debtors, follow up payments, and ensure invoicing accuracy
- Process payments, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with accounting best practices
