Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
  • Work with Business Product Owners to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, across key initiatives in the product portfolio.
  • Define and own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and inform prioritization.
  • Align Business needs within Agile delivery teams, ensuring usability, scalability, and sustainability.
Delivery & Cross-Team Coordination
  • Collaborate with Engineering Leads and cross-functional teams to plan and deliver multi-team features and capabilities.
  • Assist driving the translation of requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure cross-system integrations and architectural considerations are addressed early in planning.
  • Oversee delivery progress, balancing technical feasibility with business value.
Analysis & Research
  • Conduct gap analysis, stakeholder interviews, and data-driven research across business units.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse product performance metrics to optimize customer experience and business impact.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
  • Engage with stakeholders across business verticals to align priorities and expectations.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and playback meetings.
  • Build trust and transparency as the central point of contact across delivery teams and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
Product & Agile
  • 5+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or hybrid roles, ideally in an Agile environment.
  • Proven success launching and optimizing digital products, with experience managing cross-functional or multi-team delivery.
  • Strong backlog management, user story writing, and prioritization skills.
Technical
  • Working knowledge of C#/.NET, React, REST APIs, and modern integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with system architecture, microservices, and cross-platform delivery.
  • Comfortable participating in technical design discussions and evaluating trade-offs.
Analytical & Research
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Skilled at turning complex requirements into actionable product plans.
  • Proficient with documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Azure Devops, Notion, Project).
Relationship Management
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build consensus across diverse teams.
  • Track record of managing expectations and aligning business and technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorʼs Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Commerce, or related field.
  • Product Management certification preferred.
  • Project Management experience advantageous.
