As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to improve the sales team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly. You will also assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.QualificationsQualifications

Previous experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, processes, and tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Ability to assess training needs and design effective programs
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with sales teams
Proven track record of improving sales performance through training
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Professional certification in training or sales is a plus
