Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day factory operations, resource allocation, and output. Prepare and issue accurate shop floor drawings using CAD software. Manage CNC programs for tank components and coordinate with operators. Ensure all manufacturing orders are completed on time, as per project deadlines. Maintain strict quality control throughout the production process. Implement and enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards. Report to the Project Manager and coordinate production plans. Support installation success by ensuring all parts are made to spec and delivered on time.
Minimum Requirements: 35 years experience as a Factory Manager in a steel fabrication or manufacturing environment. Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent). Experience with CNC programming and machine operation. Strong understanding of steel tank design, fabrication processes, and quality standards. Leadership and supervisory skills. Deadline-driven with strong planning and coordination abilities
