Job SummaryA new and growing dental equipment company based in Midrand, Johannesburg, is looking for a reliable and driven Office Administrator/Telemarketer to join their team. The company supplies and installs dental chairs and related equipment to dental practices across South Africa.Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to dental practices to promote the company's products and services
  • Generate leads and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Capture and send invoices accurately and on time
  • Perform basic accounts duties and assist with financial record-keeping
  • Handle general office administration and support daily operations
  • Maintain well-organised records and ensure smooth office workflow
Requirements:
  • Must have experience with accounts/invoicing
  • Must have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and invoicing software
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Office-based role - must be able to commute to Midrand ideally live in Midrand
Salary: R10 000 - R12 000 (negotiable, when more experienced)
