An experienced, strategic, and hands-on Fleet Manager to lead large-scale fleet operations in Zambia.Senior-level roleMust be commercially savvy and operationally strongComfortable managing teams across multiple sitesConfident working in a demanding, high-output environmentAble to bring structure, cost savings, and performance improvementsWhat will you doManage a large and diverse fleet across ZambiaOversee drivers, workshop staff, and logistics teamsReduce fleet costs through route optimisation and fuel managementImplement preventative maintenance schedules and compliance standardsTrack fleet performance using digital systems and reporting toolsEnsure vehicle safety, licensing, and regulatory complianceLead contracts and negotiations with suppliers and service providersReport to executive leadership on fleet KPIs and improvementsDrive operational excellence across all transport and logistics functionsWhat do you need10+ years of fleet or transport management experience (FMCG or manufacturing preferred)Proven ability to manage large fleets in complex environmentsStrong people management and leadership skillsSolid understanding of vehicle maintenance, tracking systems, and logisticsProficiency in fleet management software and data analyticsDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport, or similarResilient, adaptable, and hands-on with a strategic mindsetWilling to relocate to Zambia (expat role)Expat Package Includes:Fully furnished housingCompany vehicleFuel allowanceEducation support for school-age childrenOne return flight home per year
