RPO Recruitment is hiring a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our client's Equipment Supplier Company team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's equipment and services to potential customers. You will also build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth. If you have a passion for sales and a desire to work in the equipment supply industry, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company's equipment and services to potential customers
Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment and solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
Negotiate and close sales agreements with customers
Provide after-sales support and customer service to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the equipment supply industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus
