Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Masters preferred).
Registered or eligible for registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer/Technologist.
Minimum of 810 years mechanical engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in project management, design, and problem-solving.
Proficiency in engineering design software and tools.
