Job SummaryJob Objective:The Senior Processing Officer will be responsible for the work in the Branch business area, including but not limited to payment & clearing, NOSTRO account management, business accounting, trade finance products.Duties & Responsibilities:

Update the Department's policies, procedures, workflow, and other relevant manuals.
Administrate the SWIFT infrastructure and in charge of daily processing & releasing SWIFT messages.
Administrate the Branch's clearing system, like CIPS RMB clearing system, SAMOS Rand payment system, etc.
Administrate core banking system operational work, including system parameters maintenance, various business accounting, daily accounting voucher check and etc.
Administrate the Branch's external account, including the Branch's NOSTRO accounts and client's account.
Act as the verifier role of treasury back-office, including SSI maintenance, settlement of money market, bond trading, FX and etc.
Administrate the Branch trade finance products, including L/C, guarantee, trade finance loan, etc.
Perform other duties assigned by the Department's Head.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree: Finance/Business/Accounting

Experience:

At least 5 years in Banking clearing or settlement fields, candidates with experience of SAMOS participant application or SAMOS system operation would be preferred.
