You’ll work at the intersection of engineering and business development, delivering tailored technical solutions that meet each client’s unique requirements. With two positions available—one in Johannesburg and one in Cape Town—you’ll help expand market share and solidify key customer relationships.What You’ll DoIdentify and engage new business opportunitiesPerform technical calculations for industrial equipment (e.g., conveyors, hoists)Present product solutions and value propositions to clientsCollaborate with internal engineering and marketing teamsAchieve individual sales targets and contribute to team successMonitor market trends and competitor activityMaintain accurate records and submit sales forecastsWhat You BringTechnical sales experience, preferably in industrial motors or gearboxesStrong mechanical aptitude and communication skillsAbility to explain complex technical concepts clearlyA self-starter mindset with a proven sales track recordTechnical qualification in Engineering (preferred)Knowledge of VSDs, electric motors, and gearboxes (advantageous)What Success Looks LikeCustom solutions that meet engineering and business needsHigh client satisfaction and repeat businessClear communication between technical and commercial teamsSales targets met and exceeded across regions
