
Data Analyst (Inventory Analytics) - Gauteng

- Analyse inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track inventory levels, stock movements, and demand fluctuations
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and planning teams to ensure optimal stock availability
- Assist in forecasting demand and aligning stock levels to meet operational requirements
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to inventory turnover, stock accuracy, and order fulfilment
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic planning and operational efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and reconciliation
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in a data analyst role with a focus on inventory or supply chain analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is advantageous
- Solid understanding of inventory management principles and forecasting methods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets
- Effective communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
