- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Metallurgy, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ commercial leadership experience in the metal industry, with a focus on wear parts, wear plates, or abrasion-resistant components.
- Proven track record in developing and executing commercial strategies with measurable revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with complex contracts, ideally in heavy industries.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials technology, and wear mechanisms.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, including team management and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working across diverse regulatory, cultural, and logistical environments in Africa.
- Valid passport and driver’s license; willingness to travel locally and internationally.
