A well-established manufacturing and engineering services company is seeking an experienced Quality Controller to join their team in Rustenburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and reliable professional to ensure that products and processes meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control within a manufacturing or engineering environment, with hands-on experience in inspections, reporting, and compliance monitoring.   • Conduct regular quality checks and inspections on products and processes to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformances, providing feedback to relevant departments.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed quality reports.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations throughout the quality control process.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational performance.
Requirements
  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Certification or diploma in Quality Management or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Controller within a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection methods, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a high standard of work.
