- Actively seek out and engage with business clients to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and strategic prospecting (including cold calling and networking) to closing deals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive B2B market, with a focus on both shorter/medium-value and high-value contracts.
- Efficiently negotiate and close deals, while skilfully handling complaints or objections.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive list/database of prospective clients; manage a sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress and sales administration.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a consistent drive for results.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network, build contacts, and stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
- Execute marketing strategies and plans that align with the brands goals and values
- Proven B2B sales experience with a successful track record in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics in a B2B environment.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
- Own transport required / drivers licence
