Purpose of the Role - Generate new business
- Upsell services/products
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily/weekly/monthly duties: * Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential clients in need of security solutions (e.g. guarding, alarm systems, CCTV, access control, etc.)
- Cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and attending industry events to generate qualified leads.
- Client Needs Analysis & Solution Selling
- Engage with decision-makers to assess their specific security requirements.
- Recommend tailored security solutions based on site risk, client budget, and operational needs.
- Sales Presentations and Quotations
- Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
- Clearly communicate value propositions, differentiators, and pricing structures.
- Closing Sales and Onboarding Clients
- Follow up consistently to close deals, handle objections, and finalise contracts.
- Facilitate smooth handover to operational/security teams for service implementation.
- Reporting and Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly new business targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools or reporting templates.Top of FormBottom of Form
