- Manage and grow existing and new customer base within the prescribed territory.
- Manage and grow existing customer's basket of products.
- Manage and grow Bragan product offering by identifying client needs.
- Managing supply contracts with customers.
- Exceed sales budget.
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Report back to management all relevant information (written and verbal).
- Handle and manage all customer enquiries.
- Cold calling.
- Always promote and market Bragan Ingredients in a positive manner.
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Marketing qualification or in a related field.
- Minimum of over 5 years' experience in business-to-business sales environment.
- Over 5 years' experience in Food industry.
- Sales experience in Food and beverage will be advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Must know the Western Cape province.
- Able to tackle complex problems effectively and adapt to fast-paced development environments.
- A strong leader and have the ability to mentor junior consultants.
- Proven track record of working effectively in remote team settings, demonstrating flexibility, and contributing positively to a collaborative work environment.
- Analytical and a Problem-Solving person: Exceptional ability to analyse complex requirements, identify potential bottlenecks, and devise effective solutions. Strong debugging skills to efficiently resolve issues in the development process.
