Job Summary Operations Office Assistant needed who will be responsible for the admin department. Able to work independently without supervision. Administrative experience a must. Candidate will be responsible for compiling weekly reports, preparing meeting agendas as well as meetings. Travel arrangements and expenses, typing, email correspondence. Receptionist and company driver will report directly into this position. Arranging of company driver schedule. Growth potential within department. Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word working knowledge.
