  • Report to: Sales and Operations Director

Purpose:The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle of the business, both directly and indirectly through the sales team and directors' instructions, this will include prospecting and qualifying new sales opportunities; growing the customer base; presenting face to face and online demonstrations.proposing and closing managed service contracts; as well as the sale of services and products offered by the company. The Sales Manager's main responsibility is to ensure that the Sales Team is achieving the financial revenue target and customer retention objectives that are required by the company by ensuring the necessary sales strategies and sales requirements given by the sales directors are implemented and within the sales team.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required:
