A leading design-led studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer/Architect to join their Cape Town team. With a strong portfolio in high-end residential and hospitality projects, this is an opportunity to work on prestigious, design-driven spaces from concept to completion.
What you'll do:
- Lead luxury residential interior projects from design through delivery.
- Develop concepts, space planning, finishes, and detailing.
- Oversee documentation and ensure quality and timelines are met.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Mentor junior team members and support their growth.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity.
- Degree in Interior Architecture or Design (or equivalent).
- 6+ years' experience, ideally in luxury residential design.
- Strong design sensibility with technical excellence.
- Advanced Revit proficiency (BIM workflow essential).
- Confident communicator and leader, highly organised and deadline-driven.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and technical skills.
