Our client is looking to appoint a skilled Business Test Lead with solid experience in manual, automation, functional, and regression testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or FMCG industries.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage testing activities to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases across manual and automated testing
Oversee functional and regression testing aligned to business requirements
Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, developers, and analysts
Provide leadership and mentorship to testing teams
Identify risks and drive continuous improvement in testing processes

Candidate Requirements:

5 to 6 years’ hands-on experience in testing (manual, automation, functional, regression)
Proven experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or FMCG sectors
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
Experience with automation tools is advantageous
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
Relevant testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB) preferred
