Our client, a well-established property development company based in Johannesburg, is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical background, experience in residential or commercial developments, and a passion for bringing architectural concepts to life through precise and high-quality drawings.
✅ Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Architectural Draughting
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience an advantage)
- Experience in residential, mixed-use or commercial developments
- Solid understanding of building regulations, council submissions, and technical detailing
- Ability to produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Prepare and develop technical drawings and documentation for new developments
- Assist with council submissions and approvals
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and consultants
- Ensure drawings meet regulatory and company standards
- Support multiple projects from design development through to construction
