Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a site construction management role.
Project Management experience
Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures related to site operations.
Must be based in Gauteng, but willing and able to travel and stay overnight as needed between project sites in Limpopo and Melrose.
Proficient in MS Projects and other relevant site management tools.
Demonstrates leadership and management skills, with a strong ability to supervise teams and drive project timelines.
Must be organised, detail-oriented, and professional at all times.
Strong commitment to quality control and compliance standards.
Honest, ethical, and reliable – no job hoppers will be considered.
Humble, with positive energy and a team-oriented attitude.
No formal degree required, but hands-on site experience is essential.

Salary:
