
Food Services Manager

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, Food Technology, or a BSc in Food Science
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role, preferably in a hospital or therapeutic environment
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, stock control
- In-depth knowledge of health, hygiene and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of clinical nutrition, including special diets and menu planning
- Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams across food services, housekeeping and coffee shop operations
- Valid driver’s license and access to own transport is essential
