- Source, screen, and manage high-calibre tech candidates for roles across the UAE market.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive sourcing strategies.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, career goals, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with 360 recruiters or account managers to understand role requirements and client expectations.
- Manage the candidate journey end-to-end: from first contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate activity using CRM and ATS tools.
- Stay informed on tech hiring trends and UAE market dynamics to provide insightful candidate guidance.
- 3-5 years of experience in tech recruitment, ideally in a 180 or delivery-focused role.
- Proven ability to source and place candidates within the technology sector.
- Familiarity with UAE/UAE-region tech hiring practices is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in managing workloads.
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop.
