- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a site construction management role.
- Project Management experience
- Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures related to site operations.
- Must be based in Gauteng, but willing and able to travel and stay overnight as needed between project sites in Limpopo and Melrose.
- Proficient in MS Projects and other relevant site management tools.
- Demonstrates leadership and management skills, with a strong ability to supervise teams and drive project timelines.
- Must be organised, detail-oriented, and professional at all times.
- Strong commitment to quality control and compliance standards.
- Honest, ethical, and reliable – no job hoppers will be considered.
- Humble, with positive energy and a team-oriented attitude.
- No formal degree required, but hands-on site experience is essential.
- Market-related, based on experience and skillset.
