Manage daily financial administration and processing.
Capture and reconcile invoices, payments, and expenses.
Prepare and process bank reconciliations.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Support management with financial queries and reporting needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role.
Proficiency in Xero Accounting Software (essential).
Strong Excel and general computer literacy.
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Own reliable transport (essential).
