- 4-year Logistics or Supply Chain Management degree, or 4-year equivalent diploma (BTECH)
- 4-year Industrial Engineering, or 4-year equivalent diploma (BTECH)
- BCom Logistics or 4-year equivalent diploma (BTECH)
- Other relevant qualifications in Inventory, Planning or Stock Management
- 3-7 years minimum relevant experience in industry with in-depth experience in all job-related requirements listed below
Advance knowledge Inventory Management software/apps
Tableau/PowerBI
Tactix, JustEnough, Netstock or similar planning software packages
Highly proficient in Excel/PowerPoint for data management and reportingJob-related requirements:3-5 years’ experience in a warehouse environment
Min of 3 years’ in job related Retail environment
Extensive knowledge of Inbound, Outbound, Cycle-counting and Return processes and workflows
Proven knowledge and experience in root cause analysis and problem solving, including investigating and troubleshooting of stock discrepancies.
Sound and proven skills in Planning, Organising, Directing, Controlling & Monitoring.
Must be able to meet and manage customer expectations and ensure compliance to Policies, Regulations, Work Instructions and Workloads.
A sound understanding of the Supply Chain.
Financial acumen, especially the ability to explain the impact of changes in working capital on a business.
Good interpersonal skills for client account management.
A good understanding of inventory management principles
