- Ensure effective Governance and adherence to Internal Control Checks (ICC's)
- Perform Maintenance ICC
- Ensure adherence to OHSACT and all Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, Quality procedures and statutory requirements
- Perform hazard and operational assessments
- Ensure safe use of plant and machinery
- Ensure effective Asset Care
- Financial Management
- Improve Productivity & Delivery
- Leadership & Management
- Must have relevant qualifications, N5 with Trade Test, N6/S4 or equivalent will be beneficial
- Qualified Millwright - highly advantageous
- Certified Automation & Control Technician - highly advantageous
- Maintenance Planning experience - added advantage
- Ammonia - CAT B registered - added advantage
- 3 - 5 years in Engineering/Production leadership role manging direct reports
- Must have working experience in a packaging environment; wine bottling experience an added advantage
- Experience in Managing and leading a team is essential
- Experience in Managing a mini business area is essential
- High competence to identify and solve problems
- Ability to work independently, and to work under pressure
- Be self-motivated and action driven
- Be a team player and innovator
- Sound leadership and conflict handling experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical abilities are essential
- Computer literate including SAP experience
- Must have own reliable transport
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
