The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing stock control for new and used equipment.
- Ordering new equipment from OEMs and local suppliers, and ensuring accurate administration of the VSB function nationally:
- Establishing effective communication with branches, sales teams, VSB administrators, and dealerships regarding stock queries and reservations.
- Coordinating with clearing and logistics agents regarding shipments and transport.
- Maintaining franchise data module information.
- Preparing and distributing scheduled (daily, weekly, and monthly) and ad hoc reports, such as stock reports, machine delivery dates, and lead times.
- Participating in team meetings and training initiatives to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the VSB administration team.
- Grade 12/Matric with
- A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role within the materials handling or related industry.
- Experience working on the ADP system and logistics
- Driver’s License: Valid Code 08/EB license.
