- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key industry trends, customer needs, and target audience insights, and leverage this information to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience, driving online sales, and maximizing conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content marketing strategies, including the creation of compelling and engaging content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, and more.
- Oversee the design and development of digital assets, including website design, landing pages, banners, email templates, and other marketing collateral.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, and overall digital marketing ROI.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, and B2B marketing, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for digital marketing initiatives.
- 5 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and e-commerce.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, marketing automation platforms, and e-commerce platforms.
- Hands-on experience with design and content creation using graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
