Job Summary ADMINISTRATOR/ SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE We are a fast-growing cryptocurrency exchange building a secure and user-friendly trading environment for South African customers. To support our expanding client base, we are seeking a Crypto Site Administrator / Support Representative to deliver exceptional customer support and ensure smooth platform operations. This role requires a mix of customer service, technical problem-solving, and compliance awareness, making you a vital first point of contact for our users. Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality customer support primarily via web-based tickets, live chat, and email. • Process customer financial and identification information in a professional, accurate, and compliant manner (aligned with FIC and FSCA requirements). • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating priority matters to relevant teams when needed. • Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Operations, Tech) to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively. • Provide clear, empathetic explanations of crypto-related processes (wallets, deposits, withdrawals, security, etc.) to clients of varying technical backgrounds. • Maintain accurate support logs and contribute to knowledge base articles / FAQs for common issues. • Monitor platform activity and report unusual behavior, potential fraud, or suspicious activity to the Compliance Officer. • Stay up to date with new platform features, blockchain developments, and crypto regulate.
