
Travel Systems Migration Administrator

- Load and maintain product rates and content across internal systems
- Create and update system-related content to support operational accuracy
- Manage and organise product and pricing databases
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system issues and changes
- A tertiary qualification in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Previous experience with Tourplan is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency and experience in Tourplan or similar, systems administration and maintenance.
- An advanced level of computer literacy with special focus on use of databases and CRM systems, as well as, Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
- Informed decision making ability imperative.
- A sound ability to both strategise and implement is key.
- Have an in-depth understanding of systems and their relation to the full scale business ecosystem.
- Fully literate and numerate with the ability to perform relevant calculations, and be able to interpret basic accounts and financial statements and reports.
- Ability to listen effectively, communicate and perform diplomatically with internal and external stakeholders, and staff in all situations.
- Humble, yet driven with a track record of performance.
- Have the ability to work through periods of high demand.
- A passion for the industry, have a positive attitude and the ability to think out of the box.
- Must be able to maintain physical stamina to lead their area of responsibility personally.
- Assertiveness, patience and good organisational skills.
- A meticulous degree of pride in their personal presentation.
