- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
- Research and identify high-value prospects in insurance carriers, agencies, and enterprise markets
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for senior team members
- 📞 Relationship Building & Communication
- Conduct strategic phone calls with prospects to understand their needs
- Manage follow-up sequences and nurture long-term prospect relationships
- Provide weekly strategic updates and recommendations on high-priority accounts
- 🛠️ CRM & Process Management
- Maintain accurate prospect data and interaction history in CRM systems
- Create and manage proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
- Optimize outreach processes and track conversion metrics across channels

- Analyze prospect engagement patterns and identify successful messaging strategies
- Research target accounts and provide insights on decision-making processes
- Collaborate on refining ideal customer profiles and messaging frameworks
- 2+ years of B2B sales development or lead generation experience
- Proven track record selling services (not just products) to business decision-makers
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and sales automation tools
- Strong phone communication skills and comfort with cold calling
- Strategic mindset – able to work independently from high-level direction and return with results
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter mentality with ability to identify opportunities and take initiative
- Bonus: Experience in insurance, fintech, or enterprise software industries
