- Report poor driver / diesel usage
- Scan POD documentation and related
- Capture and update planned loads
- Supervise debriefing sessions
- Report breakdowns (call centre)
- Resolve client issues timeously
- Minimum Grade 12
- Only Afrikaans mother tongue speakers will be considered / should be bilingual in English
- 4 Years related experience as a Fleet Controller in mentioned industry (code 14 long-haul / cross-border vehicles)
- Intermediate computer literacy Excel and Word, Tom-Tom (previous experience on Fleet Management System advantageous)
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license
