• Obtain approval of building plans
• Licensing
• Receiving quotations for each department of project and comparison
• Setting our site according to building plans
• Super structure, roofing and finishing
• Setting our electrical and plumbing services according to building plans
• Quality control over projects on daily basis
• Ensuring all contractors are committing to work schedules
