- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in new markets both locally and internationally.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, importers, retailers, and customers.
- Effective implementation of marketing strategies to build brand awareness and support sales.
- Increase distribution and grow sales in both local & international markets.
- Strategic management and development of current and emerging markets conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor activities. Understand and translate business objectives into brand/marketing strategy.
- Evaluate, negotiate, select and manage outside resources to execute marketing plan where necessary and within budget.
- Analyse sales and market data to understand and help identify untapped opportunities to grow sales.
- Draw on sound market intel & competitor knowledge to identify opportunities and drive strategic decisions for marketing.
- Prepare sales reports for management review on monthly basis.
- Manage budgets, pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Organise and attend wine tasting events, trade shows and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

- A relevant diploma/degree.
- 5 years' minimum experience in sales and marketing in international and local wine markets.
- Individual must have strong track record and experience within the wine industry.
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
- Valid passport and must be able to travel internationally.
