You will ensure customers feel comfortable and are thrilled with their luxury service experience. You must LOVE waxing and have had previous retail exposure.
Proficient in both hot and strip wax on all areas of the body for men, women and teenagers
Knowledge of the best aftercare for men and women e.g. ingrown hair treatment and pre and post-waxing care
Speed to be able to complete each treatment in the allotted time
Precision, especially when performing Brazilian waxes
Actively engage in implementation of ongoing process improvement and embrace “learning environment” initiatives
The ability to adapt waxing techniques to different clients' hair growth to achieve the best results.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment including daily cleaning checklists and other cleaning duties as needed
Accountable for efficient, effective and high-quality customer service
Follows all policies and procedures to accomplish these standards
Achieves targets as set out by the Franchisee
Other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork
Required
Beauty Therapist qualification, Waxing Certificate or similar
