Risk Manager ( Security )

• Must be on 24 hour standby and readily available to respond to any incidents on the client’s premises
• Must be physically and mentally fit, with the ability to handle high pressure and potentially volatile situations
• Must have strong leadership qualities with excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision making skills
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role in the security industry
• Valid PSIRA registration
• Matric or equivalent ( additional security qualifications or diplomas will be advantageous)
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Proficiency in writing reports and using standard communication tools ( e.g WhatsApp, email, incident management systems).
