- Aligned with regional strategy and sales objectives, marketing & communications specific insights and opportunities need to be identified and delivered to regional management and central (head-office) marketing.
- Regional (primarily on-the-ground) marketing activities from competitors need to be tracked, and insights shared with regional and central marketing teams.
- Identify segment and location-based opportunities for revenue/ sales growth.
- Aligned with regional strategy, sales objectives and budgets, marketing activities are planned in monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.
- Marketing briefs are submitted timeously to central marketing, and media plans/ reverts/ debriefs are evaluated for approved.
- Close collaboration with central marketing regarding brand, sponsorship and other centralised marketing activities to be executive in the region.
- Detailed coordination and operational execution of regional marketing activities, with specific alignment with regional and indirect sales channels.
- With consideration of specific marketing activity objectives, evaluated success criteria and opportunities for improvement in execution.
