  • Matric and/or relevant tertiary qualification;
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience;
  • Excellent sales skills with proven track record;
  • Persuasive, persistent and result driven;
  • Good organization and communication skills essential;
  • Knowledge of batteries preferred;
  • Ability to build and retain good relationships with others;
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues when under pressure.
Purpose: To play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services.Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
  • Marketing, promoting, and selling Enertec products to existing and prospective customers;
  • Identifying new business and ensuring follow-through and development of this new business;
  • Maintaining personalized contact with all major Customers;
  • Providing product training and support to existing and new clients;
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships;
  • Coordinating sales efforts and analyzing market potential;
  • Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends;
  • Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
