The above position has become available to maximize the sales of the Company’s range of products in the Shop Area through effective displays and assistance to customers in a helpful and friendly manner, offering advice as and when required.Job Specification:
  • The Sales Assistant should have an intimate knowledge of all products sold in the shop. If knowledge is lacking in any products, this must be brought to the attention of management that the necessary training can be given.
  • The Sales Assistant must at all times be clean, well groomed and well dressed and as a representative of the Company be courteous and helpful at all times particularly when dealing with customers.
  • Provides excellent, professional customer service at all times; ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Approach and assists customers with product selection and answers customer queries, offering assistance to all customers.
  • Assist with Unpacking and labelling of stock received.
  • Maintains display shelves in a clean and tidy order ensuring that stock is always sufficient to meet the demand and that stock rotation takes place in a “first in-first out” basis.
