Financial Administrator - Montague Gardens - 4 Month ContractA dynamic and well-established packaging company based in Montague Gardens is looking for a Financial Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term contract of four months. This role requires someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle financial admin with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all invoices upon receipt of signed delivery notes.
  • Develop and maintain an effective and organised filing system.
  • Handle debtor queries based on remittance advices or as required.
  • Send invoices, statements, signed delivery notes, and any other requested documents to customers to ensure timely resolution of queries and facilitate payment.
  • Assist in the follow-up of outstanding delivery notes to ensure records are complete and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Available immediately
  • Proven experience in a financial administration role (creditors and/or debtors).
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients.
  • Experience in document management and filing systems.
  • Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
