You will dive deep into internal and external client feedback to identify areas for innovation.What Youll Do
  • Analyse products, integrations, and workflows to uncover opportunities for optimisation and automation
  • Translate user and client feedback into practical, innovative product improvements
  • Shape the product roadmap by proposing new features and smarter processes
  • Collaborate across Product, Technology, and Support to bring ideas to life and deliver impactful solutions
What Were Looking For
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to bridge systems and customer needs
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer or product support in IT, with a passion for improving user experience
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and feedback into solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Innovative thinker with a growth mindset; SQL and exposure to AI are a strong plus
