- IT Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience required
- 2-6 years' experience in a similar test analyst position
- Agile working experience advantageous
- Focus on Production and Sales Volume Planning systems
- Strong background in manual testing methodologies
- Experience working in DevOps environments
- Strong manual testing background and test case execution
- Experience with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence, X-Ray, BitBucket)
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies
- IT Operations experience with 24/7 support capabilities
- Test case creation, planning, and organization around business requirements
- Defect identification, tracking, and retesting processes
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality results on time
- User story refinement and sizing contribution
- Risk identification and proactive problem resolution
- Java Spring Boot and J2EE development knowledge
- Angular (TypeScript and JavaScript) experience
- Cloud Infrastructure (AWS) familiarity
- Testing tools: Karma, Postman, Rest-assured, SOAP UI
- CI/CD pipelines understanding
- Maven, Docker containerization
- REST and SOAP web services testing
- API Testing expertise
- PaaS Knowledge (Cloud, AWS ECS/Fargate/Lambda)
- DevOps practices and toolchain
- Test automation: Selenium, Protractor
- BDD framework: Jasmine
- Part of DevOps team developing and maintaining Group Central Ordering applications
- Perform manual test case execution and comprehensive defect retesting
- Plan, organize, and support test case creation aligned with business requirements
- Participate actively in all Agile ceremonies and team collaboration
- Meet with end users to understand and translate business requirements
- Develop and expand test automation frameworks for common business scenarios
- Create comprehensive test data reflecting various operational scenarios
- Develop system solutions meeting quality and delivery standards
- Review and present proposed solutions to Product Owner/Sub-Product Owner
- Comply with Code Compliance & Unit Testing standards and practices
- Prepare system/technical documentation per ISO standards
- Provide proactive knowledge sharing, mentoring, and coaching
- Support existing solutions including 24/7 standby responsibilities
- Additional responsibilities as per AWM Charter or department manager direction
