Bottle Screen Printing Machine Operator

• Operate the screen-printing machine in accordance with SOP and Production Schedule
• Screen printing machine setup and operation - stencil preparation, ink mixing and screen alignment, conduct test prints, adjust machine settings
• Quality control
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of machine malfunctions and routine machine maintenance
• Inventory management for ink, bottles, labels, cleaning materials, chemicals
• Safety and compliance - PPE, workspace cleanliness, safety hazards
• Waste management

• Excellent hand-eye co-ordination,
• Ability to stand for extended periods,
• Capacity to lift items up to 25kg,
• Manual dexterity for handling small components,
• Excellent eyesight,

• Minimum of 1 year screen printing experience onto bottles and experienced in bottle printing, including setting bottle screen printing machine, setting screens and running machines to produce printed bottles
• Knowledge of screen-printing processes, inks and substrates,
• Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills,
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines,
• Effective communication,
• Able to follow precise instructions
