About the RoleAn established leader in the mining technology and safety solutions sector is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee branch and site operations within a defined geographical region.This role acts as the vital link between executive leadership and on-the-ground teams, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with proven leadership experience in multi-site operations.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, with regular site engagement.Ensure SLA compliance, operational efficiency, and risk management across multiple branches and mining sites.Conduct site audits, enforce compliance with MHSA/OHSA, and ensure Section 21 file readiness.Manage regional budgets, financial performance, and cost optimisation.Lead and develop regional teams, ensuring succession planning, retention, and skills development.Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and managing contract renewals.Deliver accurate, timely reporting to inform strategic decision-making.Education: National Diploma (minimum). A Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Operations preferred; postgraduate qualifications advantageous.Experience: 58 years in operations/field services, including at least 3 years in leadership or regional management. Experience in mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors essential.Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of MHSA, OHSA, Section 21 compliance, SLA management, and mine operational requirements.Leadership: Proven track record managing multi-site teams and driving high performance.Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
