- A solid foundation: Diploma in Engineering or a relevant field with at least 4 years of experience in tendering for electrical engineering construction projects (non-negotiable).
- Technical know-how: Expertise in electrical systems, equipment, and renewable energy technologies.
- Project management savvy: Experience overseeing turnkey projects from start to finish.
- In-depth product knowledge: Familiarity with electrical equipment at a product level.
- Industry awareness: Understanding of Municipal, Eskom, IPPs, and Industrial energy sectors.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
- Contractual confidence: A good grasp of commercial and legal contracts.
