- Minimum of 5 years' General Management experience in the luxury lodge/hospitality industry
- Hospitality Degree/Diploma (advantageous)
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, financial and organisational skills
- Knowledge of luxury safari lodge operations
- Valid RSA ID, Driver's License, and own vehicle
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written); additional languages beneficial
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Opera Cloud or similar PMS advantageous
- Professional, well-presented, guest-centric, able to perform under pressure
- Dynamic self-starters and true team players
- Oversee all lodge operations to ensure luxury guest experiences
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and profitability strategies
- Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing lodge team
- Champion eco-conscious and sustainable practices
- Ensure service quality, guest satisfaction, and brand standards at all times
- Manage procurement, supply chain, and logistics effectively
- Implement operational improvements and integrate new technology
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and lodge positioning
- Maintain strong communication with Head Office and across departments
- Drive staff development, performance management, and positive work culture
