
Business Development Representative (UK Market)

- Dial 100+ calls per day into the UK market to pitch our industry-leading EOR solution
- Qualify prospects, navigate decision-makers, and handle objections like a pro
- Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for our Sales Team
- Update all interactions in our CRM system (you must be experienced using one)
- Smash weekly KPIs and sales targets and get rewarded for it!
- Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, sales processes, and outreach strategies
- 1+ year of proven outbound sales or BDR experience
- Solid background in high-volume cold calling (ideally UK market)
- Fluent, professional English written and spoken with a neutral or UK-friendly accent
- Experience working on a CRM platform (e.g., Close, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Resilient, target-driven, and a true self-starter
- Able to work UK business hours (9 am 6 pm GMT)
- A tertiary qualification is advantageous but not essential
- Used to working with set KPIs and achieving targets
- R17,500 basic salary
